Shipping & Returns

Orders and Shipping


We ship to the address included in the shipping address at check out. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment with the exception of orders placed after 4pm Friday. We do not process orders on after 3pm on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday. 

We use USPS for shipping orders. If there is a holiday and the PO is closed; your shipping may be delayed. Transit time is variable once the has been dropped off. We will update your tracking information in your order status. Your tracking is included in your order status. 

There is a chance we discover an item(s) that you order is no longer in stock, we are human and technology isn't always faithful. If we discover this issue, we will fulfill the rest of your order and refund you for the items we no longer have in stock. 

Returns Policy

We accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and original condition within 14 days of receiving your package. All returns are exchange or store credit only, NO REFUNDS. This means, 14 days after the package has arrived to you. Return shipping expenses are at the expense of the buyer. We do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns.  If 14 days have passed, we are unable to accept the return. 

IF there is an error with your order (i.e we ship the wrong item), we will ship the correct size once we receive the incorrect one back to us. In this case, we WILL send you a return shipping label, since the error is on our end.

Unfortunately, once a package is shown as delivered we no longer have any part in the package and can not help replace lost package or offer refund or store credit. The tracking is provided in your purchase history, please contact USPS for any issues with shipping once it's been received by USPS. 

Once you receive your package you have 48 hours to notify us of any damage to the item. We do look over every item that is shipped. If there is damage to the item we will attempt to remedy with a replacement from the vendor. Damage to products will be dealt with appropriately. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE STILL FINAL SALE! 

We do not offer prices adjustments once the order has been placed.


PRE-SALE items are accepted for exchange only within 14 days after they are delivered to you!

Please contact us before you ship items back for approval of the exchange. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after given Holiday.
