Orders and Shipping

We accept Paypal, afterpay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We ship to the address included in the shipping address at check out. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment with the exception of orders placed after 4pm Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. 

We use USPS for shipping orders. If there is a holiday and the PO is closed; your shipping may be delayed. Transit time is variable once the has been dropped off. We will update your tracking information in your order status. 

There is a chance we discover an item(s) that you order is no longer in stock, we are human and technology isn't always faithful. If we discover this issue, we will fulfill the rest of your order and refund you for the items we no longer have in stock. 

Returns Policy

We accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of purchase for in store credit only with original receipt provided. All returns are exchange or in store credit only, no refunds, within 14 days of arrival of your purchase. This means, 14 days after the package has arrived to you.  Return shipping are at the expense of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e you receive an incorrect or defective item) we do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns.  If 14 days have passed, we are unable to accept the return. 

IF there is an error in your order on our part and a refund is warranted, you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of shipping back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from you(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If for some reason your package goes missing in transit, if it’s not able to be located after search efforts by us and USPS we will issue you a refund. Unfortunately, once a package is shown as delivered we no longer have any part in the package and can not help replace lost package or offer refund or store credit. 

We do not offer prices adjustments once the order has been placed. ALL PRE-ORDER and PRE-SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PRE-SALE items are accepted for exchange only within 14 days after they are delivered to you!

Please contact us before you ship items back for approval of the exchange. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after given Holiday.
